The constitutional structure of the "NIMFEA" Natureconservation Association changed notably since its founding, because the new challenges claimed more changings. As the pridency does professional work, and the Central Office does the fundraising and coordination, the communication with the members can not be done neither of them, so the individual members gather in local, autonomous leading member organisations and workgroups. The present structure of the Association formed by that way. The developing and the better compliance with the needs of the members is the base of our General Structure Developing Strategy.
